REFUND POLICY

ASGT TOLSEN OFFERS A QUICKER DISPUTE SOLUTION AND WILL APPRECIATE IT A LOT IF YOU PROVIDE:

a. Photos or videos of the damaged item to prove damage. If the photo cannot prove the products are damaged, please upload the video to our number.

b. The products need to be returned to fair deal trad if our Dispute Team asks for a return in Disputes.

Except for the important interpretation, fair deal trad will make a refund, resend, or accept the return for any of the following cases:

1. PRODUCTS DAMAGED.

a. For fragile products, a refund is highly recommended.

b. For ordinary products, Your shall complain or open a dispute with you within 15 days after packages are delivered.

c. For electronic products, Your clients shall complain or open a dispute to you within 20 days after packages are delivered.

2. LONG SHIPPING TIME.

 For any order that is still shipping for 10 plus days longer than the estimated shipping timefair deal trad will gladly refund you (shipping cost), Estimated Shipping time is 1 – 7 Days Nation Wide

3. INCORRECT OR MISSING PRODUCTS.

 fair deal trad has a strict quality control process before products are dispatched. fair deal trad will deal with incorrect or missing products as follows:

a. For incorrect productsfair deal trad offers a full refund or replacement.

b. For products with wrong color, size which doesn’t affect product function, etc., fair deal trad offers a refund or resend if you provide a screenshot of your’ complaint including name, content and date.

c. For parts missing which doesn’t affect product function, fair deal trad may refund partially or resend the missing part; for parts missing which affect product function, fair deal trad will resend the product only.
 

d. For accessories, fair deal trad will resend the accessories.

Notes:

For size problem, fair deal trad will appreciate it a lot if you can measure the product according to the correct measurement method and provide us the photo of measurement. Then, our dispute team will deal with your disputes quickly.

4. RETURN.

a. Products can be returned to fair deal trad our warehouses only

b. Please return products within 7-14 days after receiving products.

 

5. UNACCEPTABLE DISPUTES.

fair deal trad shall not accept any unreasonable disputes, including but not limited to:

a. The buyer change of mind (The consumer will be responsible for any return fees, if any. The item should also be returnable and in good condition).

 

b. The product description is not real.

 

c. Products smell unusual.

 

d. The buyer ordered the wrong items or SKU.

 

e. The shipping address was provided incorrectly.

 

f. Product difference was negotiated in advance.

 

g. Tracking information deleted by logistics companies or local post offices.
